The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC, and the government of Aruba announced plans to open the Ritz-Carlton Aruba, an exclusive 320-room oceanfront resort situated on Palm Beach.

In December, Casa de Campo reopened following a major renovation of its rooms, suites and a fully remodeled lobby. Also unveiled was the La Cana Restaurant & Lounge by II Circo, a fine-dining restaurant with both indoor and al fresco dining, managed by the Maccioni family of Le Cirque in New York.
